Refund Policy (Ordafy Pay)

1. Overview

Ordafy Pay lets merchants collect payments via shared links and Stripe Checkout. Refund rules for what was sold are set by the merchant (subject to law and card scheme rules). Ordafy operates the software and payment orchestration; we are not the seller of the underlying goods or services unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. How to request a refund

Payers: contact the merchant who sent you the link. They may process a refund through the platform where the payment was taken.

Merchants: use the tools Ordafy provides in your business dashboard and Stripe where applicable, in line with your policies and legal obligations to customers.

3. Timing and fees

Refunds may take several business days to appear on the payer's statement, depending on banks and card networks. Platform or processing fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part, as disclosed at checkout or in merchant settings.

4. Chargebacks

Payers may dispute charges with their card issuer. Chargebacks are decided under card network rules. False or abusive disputes may result in account or link restrictions. Merchants should retain records of delivery or service provision where relevant.
